This Privacy Policy explains how neXt ("neXt", "we", "us") handles information when you use the neXt mobile application (the "App"), available on the App Store. We built neXt to help you capture what matters in your meetings and your day, and we take the privacy of that information seriously.
Depending on how you use the App, neXt may process:
We use the information above to provide and improve the App's core features: transcribing your meetings, attributing who said what, surfacing your action items, organising them by when they matter, and giving you a picture of your day. We also use limited technical data to diagnose problems and improve reliability.
To provide certain features, neXt sends the content you choose to process to trusted third-party service providers acting on our behalf, including speech-to-text and artificial-intelligence providers. These providers process the data only to perform the requested function (for example, transcription or extracting action items) and are bound by their own terms and privacy commitments. We do not sell your personal information.
Your content is stored to make the App function and to make your history available to you. We retain it for as long as needed to provide the service or until you delete it. You can remove content from within the App; deleting the App also removes locally stored data on your device.
You control what you record or import — neXt only processes content you actively provide. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below.
neXt is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here.
